SoulsDoku is a free fan project. These terms keep things fair for everyone — play the game, share your results, and don't break the service.

1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using SoulsDoku ("the service"), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
SoulsDoku is a free, browser-based daily puzzle game. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time without notice, and we make no commitment that the service will remain available in any particular form — or at all.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Interfere with or disrupt the service, including overloading, probing, or circumventing any technical measures
- Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download site content by automated means, or republish our puzzle data or curated datasets as your own
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms
Normal play — including sharing your daily results anywhere you like — is always welcome.
4. Your progress
SoulsDoku has no user accounts. Your progress, streaks, and statistics are stored locally in your own browser; nothing is transmitted to our servers. Clearing your browser's site data will erase them.
5. Intellectual property
SoulsDoku is an unofficial fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FromSoftware, Bandai Namco Entertainment, or Sony Interactive Entertainment. All game titles, character names, and trademarks referenced belong to their respective owners; the factual data about the games is presented for informational and entertainment purposes.
The SoulsDoku puzzle format, site design, code, and curated datasets are our own work. You may not copy or redistribute them commercially without permission. If you represent a rightsholder and have a concern about any content on this site, please contact us — we respond quickly and in good faith.
6. Feedback
If you send us suggestions, bug reports, or ideas, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation. (We appreciate them — it's how the game gets better.)
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the service will be uninterrupted, accurate, or error-free. Puzzle answers are curated in good faith but may contain mistakes.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data (including local game progress), arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service. The service is free; our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to use it, which is zero.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above will reflect the current version, and continued use after changes means you accept them. We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these terms.
10. General
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the service.
